Mr. Ramu Boya (Director) began his entrepreneurial journey as early as 26. With graduation in Chemical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), his vast knowledge and passion to bring revolutions in polymer technology inspired him to make a firm establishment in the industrial market. Setting the milestone with manufacture of industrial tapes and foams such as Fire Retardant, Rebonded, Convoluted, Anti-Static and Conductivity foams, he set unwavering global standards to exceed the industrial demands streamlining the polymer market.

The events further elated to an impactful turn when Mrs. Durga Devi Penukonda, a post graduate in M.sc and M.Phil (Life Sciences) who is none other than our Director’s partner in both personal and professional life steered the organisation to a whole new league.

The 7.5 million turnover witnessed a huge leap in a span of 8 years to 150 million turnover a year with expanding customer base connecting steadfast loyalty and trust.

Venturing into the commercial market is one of the biggest challenges for any industry related concern and the Year 2015 marked the beginning of a head turning achievement. NeoStik successfully set its footsteps into the commercial sector with its ground-breaking innovation through foam mattresses and bedding accessories. The concept of ‘Direct to your Doorstep’ created a milestone in the offline market eliminating the mid spectators and agents from the supply chain with prompt and timely delivery, proportionally benefitting the consumers by selling the products at factory prices.

The expansion into the mattress sector with diversified products such as polyurethane foam mattresses and pillows, fire retardant mattress, memory foam mattresses, pillows and other accessories induced the legacy of Neo-Stik through the brand NEOBEST. The word of mouth impacted the offline sales of NeoBest to a greater extent resulting in a golden era for the organization.

Established as a small factory of 5000 sq.ft, Neo-Stik grew as a trademark over the years. With successful footing into the industry the company spread its activities across a 60000 sq.ft plant with infrastructure exclusively dedicated for specific processes. The grand entrance into the consumer market encouraged further expansion of the organization through the establishment of a corporate office at one of the prime locations in Bangalore in the year 2018 to standardize the corporate culture within the organization.

The machines, infrastructure, stocks and goods were engulfed in flames resulting in an enormous loss and threat to the legacy of the organization.
